Wastewater was found in Fairbanks Lateral f <br /> F . <br /> at Escalon Bellota Road, at Dodds at <br /> Road, at Skiff Road, and was flowing into Temple creek north of Skiff Road. <br /> Mr. Da Silva said he became aware of the overflow on 8 March 1991. He said <br /> between the settling pond and holding pond had plugged.
