Mr. Da Silva 's neighbor, Mr, Fred Wedegarner, filled the <br /> ditch with dirt and other debris so as to <br /> F�! prevent it from a point just to the west of Mr. Da Silva 's gassing <br /> Put dirt in the ditch to Property.
