S <br /> Your report of the discharge of dairy wastewater into Fairbanks Lateral <br /> on 7 and 8 March 1991 has been reviewed and is found to contain <br /> information inconsistent with the Regional Board staff inspection,, <br /> information that you provided during the inspection, and information <br /> provided by the Mosquito Abatement District. Comments on the report are <br /> presented in the enclosed memorandum. <br /> Please submit to this office by 15 April 1991 the following: <br /> I. Written an agreements with <br /> 9 y neighbors for application of waste onto <br /> property not under your control as required by Provision 4 of your <br /> Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) . <br /> E, <br /> 2. Details (including maps or drawings) on how wastewater is <br /> transferred from your holding pond to neighboring property and how <br /> the application is managed. <br /> 3. Copies of the invoices covering the rental of pumps from Oakdale <br /> Rental and Silveira. <br /> Please inform this office of when you will submit plans for construction <br /> of facilities and implementation of operational procedures which will <br /> bring the facility into compliance with WDRs. Provision 3 of your WDRs, <br /> required that these plans be submitted no later than 15 December 1990. <br /> I <br /> VMC-7 <br />
