The Joe Da Silva Dairy (hereafter Discharger) is in the northwestuarter L1` <br /> 5 of Section 15, TIS, R9E, MDB&M, at 27398 E. Dodds Road in San Joaquin <br /> County (see Attachment A which is hereby made part of this Order). <br /> I <br /> F.' 2. The dairy is owned and operated by Jose Da Silva. <br /> 3. The Discharger submitted a completed Report of Waste Discharge on cz- <br /> M 2O April 1990. <br /> 4. The discharge consists of manure solids, wash water and storm water runoff <br /> fill containing manure from confined animal facilities. <br /> 5. The Discharger has approximately 560 animal units (AU) as calculated and � y <br /> listed in Attachment B, which is hereby made part of this Order. <br /> 6. The dairy has approximately 200 acres available for manure and wastewater <br /> f application. <br /> 7. Water con l �r k <br /> tanning manure has been discharged from the dairy into Fairbanks u <br /> Latera] , thence to Temple Creek and the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta. <br /> F 8. The beneficial uses of the Sacra <br /> mento San Joaquin Delta are municipal , <br /> industrial , and agricultural supply; recreation; navigation; and fish 'and <br /> wildlife habitat. <br /> 9. Beneficial uses of ground water in the surrounding " <br /> and agricultural supply. area are domestic, <br /> municipal , industrial , <br /> g � <br /> 10. The Board has adopted a Water Quality Control Pian, Second Edition for the <br /> Sacramento-San Joaquin Basin which contains water quality objectives for rig^ <br /> Fall waters of the Basin. These requirements are consistent with that Plan. f�►� <br /> 11.
