Curtis <br /> Civil Engineer <br /> C.E. # 11584 <br /> 418 Matthew Plaza <br /> Lodi, California 95240 <br /> Phone: (209)368-4159 <br /> � � I <br /> April 11, 2000 <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Service <br /> Environmental Health Division <br /> Subject: Soil Suitability Study for the "Joe DaSilva Dairy Buildings and Facilities <br /> Expansion Project"on the Joe DaSilva property located at 27398 East Dodds Road, <br /> Escalon, California 95320 in San Joaquin County. <br /> 1 <br /> Submitted for your review and consideration are the results of shallow and deep <br /> r percolation tests and a soil profile test conducted on the Joe DaSilva property located on <br /> the south side of East Dodds Road in San Joaquin County at the Joe DaSilva dairy. <br /> EXISTING LAND USE: <br /> All of the property is situate on the south side of the existing East Dodds Road. <br /> The center of the property contains five(5)residences, an office building, a garage, a <br /> commodity barn,at least two(2)cow corrals, three(3)overhead shade barns and three <br /> wells. This developed area is devoted to a dairy operation and the residences are for the ' <br /> dairy workers. <br /> The property surrounding the developed area to the east, south and west is presently <br /> devoted to the growing of oats. <br /> PLANNED PROPERTY DE LOPMENT: Additional buildings and facilities are <br /> proposed to be constructed to expand the <br /> pan existing Joe DaSilva dairy buildings and <br /> I' facilities. A planned future milk barn and a commodity barn, which are a part of the <br /> r <br /> i, planned expansion, are shown on the attached`Building Plan" <br /> �i.
