CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-98-67 <br /> GEORGE AND ELIZABETH TEVELDE <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-98-67 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on December 17, 1998, which is the effective date of <br /> approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval <br /> of a Notice of Lot Line4Adjustment, <br /> This approval will expire on June 17, 2000, which Is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. I <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff:Jeff Fisher) <br /> fi <br /> a. NOTICE;OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. <br /> Legal de'scrlptlons of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division <br /> for review and forwarding to the Community Development Department.
