F; <br /> INTRODUCTION & PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT SECTION <br /> The land included in this study is located in Sec.14, TIS, R9E and westerly from Cometa <br /> i Road/Dodds Road intersection. The Surveyors Map shows the proposed parcel creation of the <br /> home site. There are three parcels owned by the current owner. (207-220-4,8, & 12)There are <br /> �k two ponds that collect surface/irrigation runoff water. The Map shows the features concerned <br /> with the present development: (Parcel 1)Additional development will be later. The site is in the <br /> Escalon Unified School District. <br /> F, <br /> PAST, PRESENT, PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THE SITE <br /> FThe land has been, and now is, used for pasture for cattle and portions for rice productian.The <br /> present owner purchased the land in 1984. The former owner(Diede) used the land for pasture <br /> F1 for his cattle. The USDA Soil Survey of SJ County states: Areas of this unit are used mainly for <br /> livestock grazing or dryland grain crops.
