A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment'shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property through <br /> T deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted.to <br /> the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development <br /> Department. The legal descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b. The proposed legal description shall contain a statement regarding the intent to merge the lots <br /> of Almond Acreage. <br /> 2.
