The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-11 1 5.4(e)) <br /> as follows: <br /> El 1 Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for backflow <br /> ij prevention shall maintain an air gap equal to the size of the <br /> discharge pipe, but not less than 6 inches.
