v <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-98-18 <br /> Sasaki <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-98-19 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on April 22, 1998,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval <br /> of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on October 22, 1999, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> i. <br /> 1. A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment'shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property through <br /> deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to <br /> the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development <br /> Department. The legal descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, (Staff Contact: Richard Hieb, 368-3000) <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is <br /> required. The new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for <br /> review. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b.
