The fee is due and <br /> payable at the timeofbuilding permit application. <br /> The Regional Transportation Impact Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915.2) <br /> 2.
