Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> JA. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel <br /> Map(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of <br /> $186.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s)under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> C. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin <br /> Onty Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> artment(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> Install cement surface seal around the well ng to protect the well casing sufficiently <br /> and the integrity of well grout. <br /> / . se well casing 12 inches above ground level. <br /> r1Z1 <br /> etires, batteries, and old storage tanks shall be removed and disposed of according to <br /> licabie regulations. <br /> l <br />
