Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Prior to Parcel Map approval, an addendum to the Surface and Subsurface contamination <br /> report dated May 4, 2005, shall be submitted to the Environment Health Department and <br /> approved by Environmental Health Department. Charges for additional review time may be <br /> assessed at the current EHD hourly rate. <br /> B. The designated remainder is non-buildable for living structures until the Environmental Health <br /> Department receives and approves a Soil Suitability Study showing the remainder is suitable <br /> for septic system usage including a percolation test. <br />
