ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. The parcel sizes shall be increased to a minimum of two <br /> acres, or the suitability of the area for septic tank usage <br /> shall be determined as provided for in Section 9-10100 (c) <br /> of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code ' s Zoning and <br /> Subdivision Regulations. <br /> 3. AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. The following dust control practices shall be utilized: <br /> 1) Water trucks and/or sprinklers shall be used during <br /> periods of construction to control dust. <br /> 2) Vehicles leaving the site during periods of <br /> construction shall be clean to prevent dirt and mud <br /> being tracked on adjacent streets. <br /> 3) Trucks carrying construction materials shall be <br /> covered. <br /> 4) All internal combustion engines in construction <br /> vehicles shall be maintained and properly tuned. <br /> 4 .
