The Nielson property is located off Durham Ferry <br /> Road, east of Chrisman Road in San Joaquin County, California. <br /> Reference is made to our preliminary report dated March 15 , 1990 <br /> entitled "Soil Profiles and Percolation Tests. " <br /> We understand that it is proposed to split four approximate 1-1/2 <br /> acre parcels off the approximate 41 acre property. We assume that <br /> single-family residences will be constructed on each parcel . <br /> Details of planned construction are not known to our firm at this <br /> time. <br /> This report is to satisfy San Joaquin County requirements as <br /> described in Ordinance No. 3323 , Division 10, Chapter 2 , Section <br /> 9-10100, Item C.
