ADDRESS: 22105 N.Dustin Road APN: 017-150-46 INFORMATION: The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. Dustin Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40-feet and a planned right-of-way width of 60-feet. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee will be required when parcels are developed.
