A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface contamination report, identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past a or current land uses. The report shall include evaluation of non-point source of hazardous materials, including agricultural chemical residues, as well as potential point sources, such as fuel storage tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage areas. The report shall be submitted to ' the Environmental Health Department at time of submittal of a tentative map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9405.12). A review fee of$196.00 shall be paid at the time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. NOTE: The Environmental Health Department has received a report dated December 7, 2007, that has been approved. B. A soil suitability study shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department indicating that the area is suitable for septic system usage. The study must be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to the recordation of Parcel Map. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2 (d)). A review fee of$196.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. i The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or ETA, Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$98.00 per percolation hole is required. NOTE: The designated remainder is non-buildable for living structures until the Environmental Health Department receives and approves a Soil Suitability Study showing the remainder is suitable for septic system usage including a percolation test. i I MH:tl i
