Dutra Jr. property <br /> addressed at 30499, Oakdale, California 95361. The planned development of this <br /> property consists of dividing a 34.4-acre parcel into three (3)parcels,Parcels 1,2 and 3 <br /> containing of 10, 10.6 and 13.8 acres respectively in Township 1 South,Range 9 East, <br /> Section 25,Mount Diablo Base and Meridian in San Joaquin County, California. <br /> Submitted for your review, consideration and approval is a study conducted to <br /> ascertain if there are any surface or subsurface contamination sources on the above <br /> described project site and to determine the measures needed to mitigate any threat to the <br /> environment and human health. <br /> Property Current and Past Use: The project site is located in an agricultural area <br /> situate easterly of the "tee" intersection of Victory and Dutra Lanes and abutting the <br /> north boundary of Dutra Lane. The present 34.4 acres is devoted entirely to pasture for <br /> cattle grazing. The only improvements noted on the subject property is a concrete <br /> irrigation distribution box on the north side of and abutting Dutra Lane situate at about <br /> one-quarter(1/4)the length east along the southern boundary of Parcel 3 from the west <br /> boundary of Parcel 3. <br /> San Joaquin County Assessor and Recorder records were researched which <br /> revealed that Joe Dutra Jr. and Jill Dutra have either owned or grazed cattle on the subject <br /> property for about three years.
