St. , Rt. 120 <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be preformed prior to <br /> application approval indicating that the area is suitable for <br /> septic tank usage. A permit for the percolation test is <br /> required from the Environmental Health Division. <br /> b. A sewage disposal area as indicated by the septic tank <br /> suitability study and/or percolation tests must be shown for <br /> each parcel on the final subdivision improvement plans. <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at <br /> the time of development. <br /> d. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number <br /> of parishioners the sewage disposal system is being designed <br /> for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it <br /> cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. <br /> This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose <br /> only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. <br /> e. Construction of an individual domestic water well under a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at <br /> the time of development. <br /> f.
