The purpose
of our study was to determine the suitability of the property for septic tank usage. The study was
performed in general accordance to the mquirements of Section 9-1010M of San Joaquin
County Ordinance. The following includes background information regarding the proposed
development, present and past use of the site, and the historical groundwater information in the
I
project area- In addition, discussions regarding our investigative procedures and the site
conditions encountered during our field exploration, and the results of percolation tests are
presented. Finally, the results of our nitrate loading calculationsand project limitations are
provided,
PROPOSED_DEVEII,_OY_ME11
I
On a preliminary basis, vire understand the subject 31.5 acre ,project site will be subdivided into
14 individual lots for single-family residential homes. Appurtenant oonstructiori will include s
paved interior street, various concrete Ilatwork, and buried utilities_ We anticipate the proposed
j homes will be one and/or two stogy, wood frame structures with shallow spread foundations and
owerete slake-on-grade floor systems. Grading plans were not available at the time this report
was prepared. However, as site topography is relatively level, cuts and fills during earthwork are
{ anticipated to be minimal(3 fort or less in vertical extent) in order to provide level building pads_
We anticipate that waste disposal for each residence will be provided by an individual on-site
sewage disposal system consisting of a conventional 1,200 to 1,500 gallon septic tank attd leach
trench disposal field. We anticipate that disposal trenches may be cut deep in intersect suitable
percolating soils or shallow leach lines will lead to seepage pits or wells for disposal of effluent.
rSeptember J 4,2000
 20447G-D I.GU-i2pQfl R8 23
0 20W Kleinrelder,Inc, Page t of 5
k 111111EI Ituw 1;;_' L,F.1 \h r!I•}ke.•.!. IYIr ru.( '1 'r.!I; r— r.: ' 1• +.L!'. 1',1": '+. SLG rilr,l i.lti
F
B
7 -
