Edwards Avenue
Escalon, CA 95320
Subject: SEPTIC SYSTEM SUITABILITY STUDY
PROPOSED CHROWL PROPERTY PARCEL SPLIT
SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
MS-92-43
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Chrowl:
Presented in this report are the results of our septic system suitability study performed for the
proposed parcel split of the Chrowl property. The property is located at the northeast corner of
Edwards Avenue and Campbell Road, north of Escalon in San Joaquin County, California. A
plot plan and vicinity map showing the approximate location of the property are presented on
Plate I of this report.
A preliminary plan provided to our firm indicates that the approximate 40-acre property will be
split into four approximate 10-acre parcels. A residence with associated outbuildings, a septic
system, and a well are located on the proposed parcel 2 and we have assumed that they will
remain. We have also assumed that construction on the three other proposed parcels will be
limited to one single-family residence with one septic system per parcel. Additional details of
the proposed project are not known to our firm at this time.
This report is to satisfy San Joaquin County requirements as described in Ordinance No. 3323,
Division 10, Chapter 2, Section 9-10100, Item C. Our scope of services was outlined in our
proposal dated June 26, 1992. Our services were initiated based on your written authorization
of June 30, 1992. The items listed under Item C of the above ordinance are listed below, along
with our responses.
Copyright 1992 Kteinfelder, Inc.
