Parcels within the proposed development that are entitled to irrigate shall have water made <br /> available under one of these options; <br /> Option 1: An independent delivery system to each parcel. Each parcel to be served by a single <br /> pipeline with its beginning at a cluster well or sump provided at the historical point of delivery. <br /> The District has standard plans available for this purpose. <br /> Option 2: A single pipeline that serves multiple properties with its beginning at the historical point <br /> of delivery. The District has standard plans available for this purpose. This option is only <br /> available for developments operating under an Improvement District (Water Code §23600) <br /> arrangement with the OID. t <br /> REQUIREMENTS- DRAINAGE <br /> 1. All drainage from lands that discharge to a District facility shall be under an approved District <br /> drainage agreement and compliant with existing District policy. OID shall not accept any <br /> I additional drainage resulting from development into its system. <br /> 2. A pre and post development analysis of the hydrology by a licensed engineer shall be submitted <br /> to support any proposed actions taken regarding drainage not compliant with current district <br /> policy. <br /> 3. Developments that have on-site retention ponds compliant with County standards are exempt <br /> + from the requirement of having a District drainage agreement. <br /> 4. The existing project parcel is not part of the Coalition for an Irrigated Lands Conditional Waiver <br /> from the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board. The three (3) parcels created by <br /> 1 this project shall comply with the Irrigated Lands Conditional Waiver of Waste Discharge <br /> Requirements from the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br /> REQUIREMENT -SIGNATURE BLOCK <br /> The District requires that the following signature block be shown on the Parcel Map, and OID will sign <br /> the map when it complies with the requested conditions noted herein. <br /> OAKDALE IRRIGATION DISTRICT <br /> This map has been reviewed for compliance with Oakdale Irrigation District Subdivision Parcel Map <br /> Policy and project approval conditions. The private irrigation system must be capable of providing <br /> independent irrigation to each parcel from the historic point of diversion for the project.
