JAMES <br /> LATHROP <br /> GERALD SCHILBER 1- All ground surfaces should be graded to prevent <br /> ESCALON ponding. <br /> CHRISTOPHER K- ELEY <br /> LEGAL ADVISOR 2-- All storm drainage should flow .into approved sites. <br /> 3-- The site plan does not indicate the ultimate use for <br /> the proposed drainage ponds located at the NE and SW <br /> corners of the project. If the ponds are for waste ! <br /> water disposal, then all storm water should be <br /> diverted away from the ponds. If the ponds are <br /> designed just for storm water, then all waste water <br /> should be diverted to approved waste water <br /> facilities. j <br /> 1 <br /> 4- The drainage ponds should have: I <br /> a- 12 ' wide access roads for vector control and <br /> maintenance vehicles. <br /> b- A vegetation management plan that ensures that <br /> there is no vegetation allowed to grow on the <br /> inside slopes or pond bottoms. <br /> i <br /> c- Pond bottoms that are graded so that all water <br /> can be removed by gravity or pumping for i <br /> maintenance purposes. ' <br /> d- Any proposed fences should be located on the <br /> outside of the road pads to allow adequate room <br /> for vector control and maintenance. <br />
