The facility is located on Tinsley Island opposite Empire <br /> Tract, at the Stockton Deepwater Channel. <br /> This application will be considered by the Planning Commission on September 4, 1997. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the application, and will be recommend- <br /> ing that it be approved, subject to the following recommended conditions of Approval. Please <br /> note that the recommended conditions of approval from other responsible agencies are attached. <br /> 1. Community Development Department (Staff Contact: Kerry Sullivan 468-3140) <br /> a. BUILDING PERMIT: Submit an "APPLICATION-COMMERCIAL BUILDING <br /> PERMIT". The Site Plan required as a part of the building permit must be prepared <br /> by a registered civil engineer or licensed architect. This plan must show drainage, <br /> .driveway access details including gates, on-site parking, landscaping, signs, existing <br /> and proposed utility services, and grading (refer to the "SITE PLAN CHECK LIST" <br /> for details). A fee is required for the Site PIan review. (Development Title ,Section 9- <br /> 884) <br /> b. APPROVED USE: This approval is for a private recreational facility to include <br /> docks, a storage building, and portable cabana as shown on the plan submitted July 9, <br /> 1997. <br /> C. COMPLIANCE DATE: Because this development is currently updating without the <br /> required permits, the site plans shall be submitted within 60 days from the date of this <br /> approval letter. Enforcement action will be deferred if the site plan is submitted within <br />
