CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> UP-97-8 <br /> Noble Yacht Group <br /> Use Permit Application No. UP-97-8 was approved by the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Commission on September 4, 1997. The effective date of approval is September 14, 1997, This <br /> approval will expire on March 15, 1998, which is six months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits <br /> have been secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have <br /> been secured and remain in force. <br /> r <br /> l <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and Ordinance requirements shall be <br /> fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. Those <br /> Conditions followed by a Section Number have been identified as Ordinance requirements <br /> pertinent to this application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified, and other Ordinance <br /> requirements may apply. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: (Contact Person: Kerry Sullilvan,468-3140) <br /> III a. BUILDING PERMIT: Submit a "Commercial Building Permit" application. The Site Plan <br /> required as a part of the building permit must be prepared by a registered civil engineer or <br /> licensed architect. This plan must show existing site features, topography, and any existing <br /> and proposed improvements. A fee is required for the Site Plan review. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-884) <br /> b. APPROVED USE: This approval is for a private recreational facility to include docks, a <br /> storage building, and portable cabana, as shown on the plan submitted July 9, 1997. <br /> C. COMPLIANCE DATE: Because this development is currently updating without the required <br /> permits, the site plan shall be submitted within 60 days from the date of approval. <br /> Enforcement action will be deferred if the site plan is submitted within 60 days and the <br /> Conditions of Approval are met within six months from the date of approval. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: (Contact Person: Tom Iwamiya,468-3000) <br /> a. A copy of the improvement plan shall be submitted prior to release of the building permit. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: (Contact Person: Greg Oliveira,468-0341) <br /> 1 <br />€ a. If complaints regarding improper sewage disposal are received and verified,then permitted <br /> b. Portable toilets will be required to be used during the period of usage for this island. <br /> C. An approved potable water supply must be provided for all empioyeestusers (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1100.1). Should the number of nonresident individuals exceed 24 for at least <br /> 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to <br /> operate a public water system under the provisions of CCR. Title 22, will be required by the <br /> Environmental Health Division and Development Title Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9. <br />
