i . <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of one 31.1 acre parcel and one 30.9 acre parcel <br /> located at 14651, 1481, and 14807 E. Eight Mile Road, Linden, CA 95236. The subject parcel <br /> (� numbers are 065-070-10, 36 & 37. The project is in an agricultural community, and the existing <br /> J parcels are zoned AG-40. <br /> 1.2 Description of proposed development: It is proposed to create one 38 acre parcel, one <br /> 2.0 acre parcel and one 22.0 acre designated remainder. In accordance with the San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report(SSCR) is being <br /> submitted for approval. This report will investigate the property for visual or historical <br /> environmental contamination based on field observation, interviews with the owner, and county <br /> records. (This SSCR includes no chemical analysis). <br /> 1.3 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map with Vicinity Map, and APN 3� <br /> page) <br /> 1.4 Site Ma See Appendix for Tentative Map). <br /> P ( pp <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 Discussion. of Past, Present, and Proposed Future Uses: The primary source of the <br /> historic use of this property is testimony of one of the owners, Jeanne Zolezzi. She was <br /> interviewed on May 20, 2010. The subject parcels have been family owned for more than 20 <br /> years. \ <br /> Presently, the 31.1 acre parcel is an orchard. The 30.9 acre parcel is an orchard with 2 homes. <br /> The surrounding properties to the north, south, west, and east are used for agricultural purposes. <br /> 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF <br /> CONTAMINATION: <br /> 1 ' <br /> 3.1 Methods Used to Research: Methods used to research this parcel were records <br /> researched at the San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office on June 2, 2010 (see <br /> appendix for results). An onsite survey performed on June 6, 2010 by Shaun Mackey <br /> of Dillon&Murphy. The owner was interviewed on May 20, 2010, by Joe Murphy of `` <br /> �' Dillon & Murphy. San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's underground J <br /> 11 storage tank site mitigation database list did not yield any findings on the subject parcel (see <br /> appendix). A search for U.S.T./L.U_S.T sites was done on the subject parcel and yielded no <br /> findings.
