r <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-95-7 <br /> Solari <br /> Lot Llne Adjustment Application No. LA-95-7 approved by the San Joaquin County.Community <br /> Development Department on August 3, 1995, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be compiled with prior to approval of <br /> a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on February 1, 1997,which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be recorded prior to conveyance of <br /> property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and <br /> forwarding to the Community Development Department. The descriptions shall <br /> be stamped and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land <br /> Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is <br /> required. (New legal description shall be submitted to Surveyor's Office for <br /> review.) (Development Title Section 9-872-4 <br /> b. New description must reflect correct distance with qualifiers to avoid overlap or <br /> gap. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s)under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development on <br /> Parcels #2 and #3 (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & <br /> 9-1110.4). <br /> b. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development on <br /> Parcels #2 and #3.
