a <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-95-32 <br /> Moita, Et Al <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-95-32 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on August 3, 1995, which Is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all ordinance requirements shall be compiled with prior to approval of <br /> a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on February 1,1997,which Is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been flied with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be recorded prior to conveyance of <br /> property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyors Office for review and forwarding <br /> to the Community Development Department. The descriptions shall be stamped <br /> and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (12 <br /> Lots) <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set* a Record of Survey is <br /> required. A new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for <br /> review. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b. The new legal description must reflect correct distances with qualifiers to avoid <br /> overlaps or gaps. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a.
