PA-13000121 (UP), SU0009708 Page 2 <br /> 3885 E Eight Mile Road, Lodi August 21, 2013 <br /> Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based <br /> on the Soil Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> T!Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health <br /> Department prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed <br /> 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a <br /> yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required by the Environmental <br /> Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9- <br /> 1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to <br /> assure delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title <br /> 22, and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> NOTE <br /> Applicant shall contact Adrienne Ellsaesser, Program Coordinator, Registered <br /> Environmental Health Specialist, at (209) 468-0343, to determine if the existing well <br /> can be permitted as a public water system prior to final occupancy.
