Other Requiroments maty also apply. Thcse Requirements cannot be <br /> modified- <br /> A. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage roust be performed prior to issuance of building permit yeti required by Section 9- <br /> 1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required <br /> and a review fee of S 435.00, effective August 1,2000, must he paid at time of submittal to <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin. <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank- practice or E.P.A. Design Manual For ousite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit tee cif$78.00 per percolation hole i.s required. <br /> D. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division <br /> prior to occupancy. Should the numbcr of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 <br /> days Per year, or the number of service connections exceed four,a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Division(San Joaquin <br /> County Development'title 22, Section 9-1120.2. and 9.1115.9.). <br /> The suPplier must p055e55 adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable driaking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and-91115.9 and C.C.R.,Title 22, and Ilealth <br /> and Salety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> Page i of 2 <br /> A Divisinn of San Joaquin Counry Health Care Services <br />
