RD._(APN_092-040-06)_UPOO-13 <br /> The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject pre-application as it relates <br /> to the Eight Mile Road Specific Plan adopted by the Stockton City Council, and the Eight Mile Road <br /> Special.Purpose Plan adopted by the San Joaquin Board of Supervisors. Based on the following <br /> criteria, the City of Stockton Public Works Department cannot support the request for any additional <br /> access off Eight Mile Road serving the subject site: <br /> 1. The Access Plan contained within the Eight Mile Road Specific Road Plan (Special Purpose <br /> Plan), which was adopted by the San Joaquin Board of Supervisors on October 26, 1993, <br /> Ordinance No. 3755, clearly defines the goal of developing a roadway which would allow for <br /> the safe and efficient linkage of 1-5 and SR 99 by insuring a limited number of access points <br /> to the roadway. Any future access to this site shall be taken off future Holman Road. <br /> 2.
