USE PERMIT PRE-APPLICATION NO.=UP=00-13 OF <br /> CM HARVEST BIBLE CHURCH (CIO LARRY WENELL). <br /> A Use Permit Pre-application for a regional church to be built <br /> in phases. Located on the south side of Eight Mile Road, 800 . <br /> feet west of State Route 99 Frontage Road, north of Stockton. <br /> (APN: 092-040-06;.41'14 E.,.Eight Mile Road,.Stockton,_CA)? <br /> Chandler Martin, Senior Planner; Steve Herum, Herum Crabtree; Larry Wenell, <br /> Architect; Ken Smith, Project Manager for Harvest Bible Church; Ben Neely, Public <br /> Works Department; Kermit Darrow, Building Division and Mr. Corrales, Siegfried <br /> Engineering, Inc., were present for this item. <br /> Mr. Martin presented the project. <br /> i <br /> Mr. Herum stated that it was their intention to be a community church and not a regional <br /> church. Mr. Martin said that it was fine and that Mr. Herum will need to change the 5 <br /> application to indicate less than to 500. Mr. Herum also stated that on the school issue <br /> there would just be Sunday school and Adult Bible School and that they have no <br /> intention of having a parochial school of any sort. Mr. Martin asked Mr. Herum to f <br /> describe all the school and church activities in the application. <br /> Mr. Herum said that he would like to go over the access issue. Mr. Martin indicated that <br /> he would like to see access or easement for access before the application is submitted. <br /> He also indicated that if the access conditions are not met before the Planning <br /> Commission, then he would have to recommend denial. <br /> Mr. Herum indicated that they do not agree with the access conditions for a couple of <br /> reasons. Number one is that there is currently access on Eight Mile Road and number <br /> two is that this condition requires them to achieve an easement of property that they do <br />
