Eight Mile Rd., Stockton <br />;! The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have <br /> been identified as pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also <br /> apply. These Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1- Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Department for approval by the Environmental Health Division showing <br /> sewage and well information as required by the improvement plan <br /> (including a 100% expansion area). <br /> 2. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of <br /> employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the <br /> leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, <br /> or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that <br /> specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> 3. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank,seepage pit or excavation under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division- (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 4. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time <br /> of development (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 <br /> & 9-1110.4). <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
