Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported to p <br /> E an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5- I <br /> 2400. <br /> Note: This site currently contains improperly stored solid waste and the Department will be <br /> taking appropriate enforcement action. <br /> B. Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of all demolition material from <br /> premises to an approved landfill site are required in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code, Section 5-2401. <br /> f <br /> C. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage Standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to final map recordation. A percolation test and a sewage disposal area, as <br /> determined by the percolation test, are required prior to the Environmental Health Division <br /> approval.
