El Dorado Street, Stockton <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> t <br /> modified. <br /> A. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage Standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to Improvement Plan approval. A percolation test and a sewage disposal area, <br /> as determined by the percolation test, are required prior to the Environmental Health Division <br /> approval. A permit for the percolation tests must be obtained from the Environmental Health <br /> Division (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-111033, 9-1110.4(c), and 9- <br /> 1110.5). <br /> B. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees the sewage <br /> disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it <br /> cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be <br /> y used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. (San <br /> i Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> C. Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County PIanning Department for approval <br /> by the Environmental Health Division showing sewage and well information as required by <br /> t the improvement plan(including a 100% expansion area). <br /> D. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> j Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> J <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
