APN 193-020-17 SA-98-50
The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and offers the
following comment:
1. The maximum driveway width should not exceed 40'.
2. All on-site roadways should be paved with all-weather surfacing to avoid tracking mud or dirt
onto the public roadway.
3. The owner/developer should dedicate and improve El Dorado Street within the limits of the
project to provide a 134' street section (67` half section), Frontage improvements including, but
not limited to, curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveway installation, pavement widening and street lightirg
should be installed prior to occupancy of any buildings/structures on this site. Should instailatim
of these improvements prove not practical due to existing physical constraints, the
owner/developer should enter into a Deferred Improvement Agreement whereby the
owner/developer agrees to dedicate the right-of-way and install the required improvements at
such time as it is practical.
4. All off-site improvements shall conform to City of Stockton Standard Plans and Specifications.
We appreciate the opportunity to comment on this application.
JAMES B.
