County Airport Land Use Commission for review and comment. State law requires that land use <br /> LODI, <br /> MANTECA. within airport areas of influence must conform to the Airport Land Use Plan. <br /> RIPON. <br /> STOCXT The project request to extend the time for a minor subdivision application to divide an <br /> TRACY,, <br /> AND existing 9.52-acre parcel into 2 parcels falls within the Conical Zone of the Stockton <br /> THE COUNTY OF Metropolitan Airport's Area of Influence. This is based on the project location of <br /> SAN JOAQUIN (APN/Address: 193-200-05; 8855 S. El Dorado Street, French Camp). Few restrictions are <br /> necessary for projects that fall in this zone. Any future construction on this property must adhere <br /> to the standards outlined in the 1993 amended Airport Land Use Plan. Standards pertinent to the <br /> Conical Zone include, but are not limited, to the following: <br /> ➢ The use of non-reflective materials, transmissions, and visual distractions to pilots; <br /> ➢ Residential uses are permitted if insulated to reduce interior noise to a level no higher than 45 <br /> dB; <br /> ➢ An avigation easement is recorded in favor of the Airport Operator; and, <br /> ➢ Proposed schools that are to be located within a 2-mile radius of an airport must undergo a <br /> review by Caltrans Division of Aeronautics and the State Department of Education. <br /> In addition, the property owner should be aware of the potential need to file FAA Form <br /> 7460-1 entitled Notice of Proposed Construction or Alteration. This form can be accessed from <br /> www.faa..Rov/am/ace/faaforms.htm and sent to FAA, P.O.
