EL DORADO ST., FRENCH CAMP <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been <br /> identified as pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic <br /> tank system must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review <br /> fee of$156.00 is required at time of submittal to the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> 2. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of <br /> San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets <br /> absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual <br /> for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each <br /> parcel. A permit fee of$78.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> 3. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nArates prior to recordation of the Parcel <br /> Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> 4. Destruction of proper sealing the abandoned well(s) under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required.
