CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> THEODORE AND ARVENE EDWARDS <br /> MS-90-98 <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all conditions of approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> 1. PIIBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. The requirement for a Parcel Map is waived. <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. A soil suitability study is required by section 9-10100 <br /> of the San Joaquin County Development Code to determine <br /> that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. The cross connection a the existing agricultural well <br /> must be eliminated by re-routing the inlet pipe so that <br /> it enters the top of the standpipe with an air gap of 2 <br /> times the diameter of the inlet pipe. <br /> 3 . P. G. & E. : <br /> a. Buildings or other structures are not allowed within 25 <br /> feet of the centerline of the P. G. & E. transmission <br /> tower lines. <br />
