All existing unpermitted canopies will be <br /> removed and replaced with the new 18'x40' canopies shown. The new canopies will be <br /> included in the pending building permit submittal. <br /> 2) A designated 100% replacement leach field area has been added to the site plan adjacent to <br /> the existing storm drainage pond. <br /> 3-4) Average daily flow volumes of wastewater that will place a demand on the existing septic <br /> system has been included in the notes section of the site plan. It was determined that the <br /> expected volume contributed by the proposed washing machines coupled with the estimated <br /> wastewater generated by the existing office restroom is well within the capacity of the <br /> existing septic tank.
