Elliot Road, Lockeford <br /> The Environmental Health Division would have no objections to the proposed time <br /> extension of this application. All conditions of approval shall be as stated below: <br /> 1. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material shall be stored, removed and <br /> transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code, Section 5-2400. <br /> 2. All waste from this operation shall be handled so as not to cause an odor or vector <br /> nuisance. Remove manure from premise every seven(7) days, or provide a <br /> manure management plan that is approved by the RWQCB and accepted by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> 3. You shall inform the Environmental Health Division how the chemicals are being <br /> handled, and how the medical waste is being disposed. <br /> A Division of San Ioaquin Counts Health Care Services <br />
