MS-92-95 OF RONALD LAUB <br /> & WALTER CRANSTON (C/O BAUMBACH be PIAZZA) <br /> The request is for a Minor Subdivision application to resubdivide <br /> two parcels currently containing 3 . 48 acres and 16. 52 acres, <br /> respectively, into two parcels of approximately 15 and 5 acres. <br /> The 16. 52-acre parcel is under Williamson Act Contract. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above-referenced <br /> application and intends to approve it subject to the following <br /> Conditions of Approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> This approval will expire two (2) years from the date of approval <br /> unless, (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, and <br /> (2) a Parcel Map has been filed with and accepted by the Surveyor' s <br /> Division. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on ordinance requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a . Parcel 1 shall contain a minimum of five (5) net acres. <br /> (Section 9-3109. 5 of the Planning Title) <br /> b. A Notice of Nonrenewal shall be filed for that portion of <br /> Parcel 1 that is currently under Williamson Act Contract. <br /> (Sections 9-2352 (a) and 9-2352 (b) (3) of the Planning Title) <br /> C. A new Williamson Act Contract application shall be submitted <br /> for Parcel 2 . <br />
