COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> MS-92-95 <br /> 4 . The frontage improvements for Elliott Road across Parcel 1 <br /> shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for <br /> one-half of an 84-foot right-of-way rural arterial road. The <br /> construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred, <br /> upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and <br /> Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to <br /> their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the <br /> Parcel Map. (A $250 . 00 fee currently is required for <br /> processing per Planning Title Section 9-10502 in addition to <br /> a copy of the Grant Deed, legal description of Parcel 1 and an <br /> estimate. The estimate and legal description shall be <br /> prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical <br /> section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Public Works <br /> Department and submitted to the Public Works Department for <br /> approval . As an option the Department of Public Works will <br /> prepare the drawing with estimate for an additional fee of <br /> $100. 00. ) (Planning Title Section 9-9430, 9-9433) <br /> 5 . All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-9184) <br /> 6 .
