The frontage improvements for Elliott Road across Parcel 1 <br /> shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for <br /> one-half of an 84-foot right-of-way rural arterial road. The <br /> construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred, <br /> upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and <br /> Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to <br /> their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the <br /> Parcel Map.
