Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> .AJ A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code must be performed prior to recordation of final map or letter of <br /> approval indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage (San Joaquin County <br /> Planning Title Section 10100). <br /> b. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported <br /> to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance 2887, Section <br /> 5-2400. <br /> C. All waste from this operation shall be handled so as not to cause an odor or vector <br /> nuisance.
