The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. <br /> (Resolutions R-00-433) <br /> f) The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. The fee will be based on the current schedule <br /> at the time of payment. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> g) A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> h) For projects that disturb more than one acre of area, Permit Registration Documents (PRD's) <br /> shall be filed with the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) to comply with the State <br /> "General Permit for Storm Water Discharges Associated with Construction Activity". The Waste <br /> Discharge Identification (WDID) Number issued by SWRCB shall be submitted to the Department <br /> of Public Works for the file. Contact SWRCB at (916) 341-5537 for further information. Coverage <br /> under the SWRCB General Construction Permit Order 2009-0009-DWQ shall be maintained <br /> throughout the duration of all phases of the project. <br /> i) All new construction and the substantial improvement of any structure in the area of special flood <br /> hazard shall be elevated or floodproofed in accordance to San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> Section 9-1605.12 (a), (b), and (c). <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> 1) A Solid Waste Diversion Plan for all applicable projects must be submitted to the Building Division <br /> of the Community Development Department prior to issuance of the building permit. Contact the <br /> Solid Waste Division (468-3066)for information. <br /> 2) This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito & Vector Control <br /> District (209-982-4675) and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of <br /> mosquitoes. Best Management Practices (BMP) guidelines for stormwater devices, ponds and <br /> wetlands are available. <br /> 3) All future building permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the time of <br /> permit issuance shall meet the San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction requirements (Title 9, <br /> Chapter 9-1605) and all requirements of the State of California (CCR Title 23) that are in force at <br /> the time of permit issuance. As an example, these requirements may include raising the finish <br /> floor elevation one foot above the expected flood level and/or using flood resistant materials. <br /> 4. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARMTENT (Staff contact: Jeffrey Wong, [209]468-0335) <br /> a) A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be <br /> submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> system usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to <br /> issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)) The <br /> fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. <br /> b) The sewage disposal system shall comply with the onsite wastewater treatment systems <br /> standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates <br /> of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment <br /> and disposal system is required for each parcel.
