a <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-96-48 <br /> Sanchez, et al <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-96-48 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on December 9, 1996, which is the effective date of approval <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be compiled with prior to approval of <br /> a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on June 10, 1998, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. <br /> A new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b. The new legal description must reflect correct distances with qualifiers to avoid overlaps <br /> or gaps. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system for Parcel 1, under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division, is required at the time of development. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4) <br /> b.
