CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-03-48 <br /> Toledo <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-03.48 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on March 25, 2003,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on September 23, 2004, which is 98 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: John Funderburg,468-3160) <br /> a. APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment recorded shall substantially conform to the Site Plan dated <br /> February 6, 2003. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> SurveY ors'Act Y (Development or a Licensed Land Surveyor. Develo ment Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT: An application for a California Land Conservation Contract(also <br /> known as the Williamson Act)shall be filed prior to approval of the Parcel Map. Legal descriptions <br /> reflecting the new parcel configurations shall be submitted with the application. Filing fees are <br /> required for this application. <br /> . 2.
