Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division <br /> is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 4. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the <br /> Environmental Health Division prior to occupancy. Should <br /> the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least <br /> 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed <br /> four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system under <br /> the provisions of Title 22, CCR, will be required by the <br /> Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9. <br /> 5. Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County <br /> Plan-n in g Department for approval by the Environmental <br /> Health Division showing sewage and well information as <br /> required by the improvement pian (including a 100% <br /> expansion area). <br /> 6_ Cease from burning garbage, trash, and refuse in barrel. <br /> i. Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region, prior to <br /> development (Water Code, Article 5, Section 13280). <br /> 8. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored, removed and transported to an approved landfill in <br /> accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, <br /> Section 5-2400. <br /> a. All hides, heads., hoofs, and innards not utilized for <br /> a USDA inspected product shall be stored and <br /> removed to the appropriate facility as not to cause <br /> a nuisance or a violation. <br /> 9. The proposed map for UP-98-06 does not state the total <br /> acres: The domestic well item #11 on the map appears to be <br /> on Parcel#2, see NIS-93-48 <br />
