These Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. A soil suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for <br /> septic tank usage must be performed prior to acceptance of <br /> F the application as.required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study <br /> is required and a review fee of$390.00 must be paid at time <br /> of submittal to Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site <br /> sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to <br /> approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates <br /> of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design <br /> Manual for onsite wastewater treatment-and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$78.00 . <br /> per percolation hole is required. <br /> 2. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum <br /> number of employees the sewage disposal system is being <br /> designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded <br /> so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage <br /> area.
