BUILDING PERMIT: Submit an "APPLICATION-GRADING BUILDING PERMIT'. The Site Plan <br /> required as.a part of the grading building permit must show drainage, driveway access details <br /> including gates, on-site parking, landscaping, signs, existing and proposed utility services, and <br /> grading (refer to the "SITE PLAN CHECK LIST' for details). A fee is required for the Site Plan <br /> review. <br /> b. APPROVED USE: This approval is for agricultural truck parking of one (1)truck and two(2)trailers <br /> (Use Type: Agricultural Truck Parking)as shown on the Site Plan dated September 20, 2004. <br /> (1) Prior to the initiation of the Approved Use, the Building Permit for the Single Family Residence <br /> shall be fnaled. (Development Tibe Section 9-605.6[fK3}) <br /> c. COMPLIANCE DATE: Because this development is currently operating without the required <br /> permits,the following shall apply: <br /> (1) Grading Permit shall be submitted within the thirty(60)days from the effective date of approval. <br /> (2) All Conditions of Approval shall be completed within thirty (180) days of issuance of the grading <br /> permit. <br /> d. STORM DRAINAGE: Stormwater drainage shall be retained on-site. The drainage pattern and <br /> corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. Drainage calculations <br /> prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be included. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1135) <br /> e. OWNER-OPERATOR RESIDENCE: The property shall contain the residence of the owner-operator <br /> of the trucks. (Development Title Section 9-605.6[f]{3}) <br /> f. EMPLOYEES: No employees, other than members of the owner-operator's immediate family, are <br /> allowed in the agricultural truck parking operation.
